    Minus one star for being closed on Sundays.

    Otherwise this is a great little place. The prices are fair and the food is good. They have a full selection of all your favorites including yakisoba which I don't find in too many places.

    The serving sizes are average with ample flavor.

    Parking can be tuff but there is a public lot across the street.

    The service is friendly and the seating is adequate. This isn't a fancy place but it is a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy a meal in.

    Sadly, I tried to enjoy this place on a Sunday and discovered they were closed.

    Ordered the udon chicken plate and came with very little chicken. Had they just doubled the chicken I would have been good with it.

    Yea the place could use remodeling, but I find the women I assume to be the owner to be nice. The food is yum to me

    Maki yaki was my go to lunch spot when I was at whittier college. I love it here. I love the ppl, I love the prices, and obviously I love the food. I always get their lunch special with sashimi and my daughter loves their beef teriyaki

    Parking- 10/10 - huge shopping center so parking is never a problem.

    Service- 10/10 always patient, kind, and welcoming staff. I have never had a problem here and love coming here b/c I know my experience will always be 10/10

    Pricing- 10/10 great food and always fresh- I love this place and as I said before its always my go to when I need something quick and on the go  

    Overall: 7/10 would come back here.

    The beverage machine has NO and the Pepsi is out of order, plus the place is uncomfortably warm, hence the need for ice. Only 2 tables are dirty and there are only 3 patrons in the place. I'm sorry I came back. A note to the wise: STAY AWAY!
